“Blenny at Bokeh” Project Picture 68/365
Nikon D90 Nikkor 60mm 1/100 f/5.0 ISO 400 Ambient Light
Here you have a portrait of a male of “Parablennius Pilicornis”, on a previous post I explained how to differentiate the genre.
I took this shoot using just available light and seeking to get a nice bokeh while keeping in focus the head of the blenny, I have had to crop it up to 60 % of its original size as I was mounting the 60 mm and could not get closer to fill the frame with the composition I had in mind.
If you look at the settings although I achieved what I was looking for,I could have used a better combination of ISO and shutter speed resulting in a sharper image. Another lesson learned in my UW photography learning path 😉
